Make a white plus, with every side colour lined up with its matching centre.

How to hold it

Start with yellow on top. Make a white daisy around the yellow centre, then match each edge’s side colour and turn that face twice.

Coach’s tip

The side matches are part of the cross. A white plus by itself is only halfway there.

What to look for

  • ✓Four white edge pieces—not corners
  • ✓A white daisy around the yellow centre
  • ✓Each side colour matching its centre before the double turn
